Does Southwest Vacations Price Match?
Southwest Vacations makes a lowest price promise. The lowest price promise applies to an identical qualifying Southwest Vacations package, and excludes any promotional codes or special discounts. If you find that the price offered on southwestvacations.com is lower than the price you paid for an identical qualifying package, contact our customer care center to claim the lowest price promise. The customer care specialist will issue a travel credit code to your travel party for the difference in price that s/he is able to verify at the time that you call.
What is Southwest Vacations' Refund Policy?
You may cancel your vacation online or by calling Southwest Vacations' customer care center. To cancel online, access your booked reservation by visiting the retrieve a reservation page. Follow the instructions to cancel your reservation. If cancelling a reservation your right to a refund is limited, so be sure to read our terms and conditions for information on Southwest Vacations' cancellation policies. You must submit a refund request form after you cancel your reservation for refund consideration. Customers who cancel online will have access to an online refund request form upon cancellation confirmation. You may also e-mail your refund request to refund@southwestvacations.com or fax it to: Refunds, 414-934-1239.
