California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Notice At Collection
The California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") entitles California consumers to receive certain notices and disclosures regarding the collection and use of their Personal Information from Brad's Deals. One such notice that may be required is called the Notice At Collection, which is the purpose of this page.

- As disclosed in the "Sales of Personal Information" subsection of the Sharing Personal Information section of our CCPA Privacy Notice, we may sell certain limited categories of Personal Information that we collect from you. We may make additional disclosures of Personal Information to third parties in a manner that future interpretations of the CCPA may consider to be a "sale" of Personal Information. California consumers have the right to request that we stop such sales of their Personal Information, upon our verification of their identity and California status.
