How to get Free Shipping at SeaWorld
SeaWorld does not ship tickets. There is a convenient print-at-home option, and you can also request a printed copy of your passes from Guest Services upon arrival at the park.

Does SeaWorld offer in-store pickup?

SeaWorld Return Policy
You can cancel your SeaWorld Vacation Package without any fees at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead of the reservation. SeaWorld theme-park tickets are nonrefundable.
