Works well and is very compact. Setup had to be repeated a second time to get both keyboard and mouse to work.

love it but...

Dudes, Love it on my Mac, but the app...dudes...I can't use it at all. Other than that for all it does and the price...chef's kiss. just fix that dang app!!!!

Keyboard stops working

Initially keyboard worked well though set up instructions were not very clear. After a few months the battery seemed to stop charging and the keyboard became unusable. Initial response with regard to 2 year guarantee and replacement was good but jlab have failed to respond following submision of proof of purchase.

Where's the work app compatibility?

Came super quick (I didn't expect it to ship for another month and it's in my hands now), but I have a few minor gripes: 1. surprisingly heavy! For such a small keyboard it's got some heft to it. 2. It claims to work with the JLab work app, but I've seen no evidence of that. 3. The dongle is USB-C, so now I need an adapter to use the dongle end (either that or use my charging port. Neither are great options). 4. Lastly, Keys are in slightly strange spots, but I expected that. All in all, not a bad little keyboard. It pairs well and fairly easily with both my laptop and my phone and it's much easier to carry around than a full sized keyboard. It fits much better in my bags. BTW, writing this review was easy. Posting it? Not so much.
