Disappointed

I never received tracking information or my product. I called and chatted with bot several times. Representative said they would send another. Never received confirmation or tracking info for second comforter. Very disappointed because I’m the past Macy’s has been great to order from.

Bad Quality

Wish I had opened as soon as I purchased instead of waiting so long because I have passed my return date. The quality of this down comforter is awful. I'd rather stay with my old one which still has better quality. I opened it and there's feathers everywhere. It has so many uneven areas. So dissatisfied and regret my purchase :(
