Suitcase size not as represented

Suitcase specifications indicate 15.1 inches in width. Suitcase is 13 inches wide. Suitcase being returned.

Medium journey spinner

I am replacing an old almost identical bag. It has served me well all over the world. I replaced the wheels on the old one once and it is getting frayed. At this great price, it is time to retire it. I was happy to find this new one so like the old one.
