Petco offers free shipping on orders of $49 or more. For all other orders, shipping fees are based on weight. PetcoOne members get free shipping on all qualifying orders.

Petco offers a price match guarantee. They will match all online advertised prices at chewy.com, petsmart.com, wag.com, walmart.com, target.com, amazon.com and jet.com. Just find the identical product on the competitor's website and call the customer service number: 877-738-6742.

Petco accepts returns for refund with original receipt within 60 days of purchase or shipment date. Without receipt and after the 60 day refund window, merchandise credit will be issued or an exchange will be granted. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Petco sells food, treats, care and health products, home pet products, play and wear products, vehicle, travel and outdoor products. They also sell fish, reptiles, small pets, reptiles and birds.

Petco has no brand exclusions.

Petco offers in-store pickup on eligible items. Plus, they often offer a coupon for an additional 5% off online orders picked up in store.
