Including the shipping cost, this is the cheapest we've seen it (Amazon had it for less, but with shipping it ended up being more). The Sand and Water Activity Center (recommended for 2-5 years) has a side for sand and a side for water, includes 8 toys and an umbrella to keep the sun at bay.
